Richard Gauld profiles CEO: Richard Jenkins Company Chairman: Jim Wallace Company Secretary: Alistair Gray Richard Gauld Mike Craigie Richard Gauld is an Honours graduate in Environmental Engineering, is further qualified in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and Design and Innovation, and is a professional engineer and a member of the Institute of Measurement and Control. Richard has been part of the UK wind energy industry for over two decades, and is the proprietor and Managing Director of Orkney Sustainable Energy, responsible for most of the wind energy developments in Orkney. Further projects have been completed across Scotland and throughout Europe, including the UK's first wind farm, the first offshore wind turbine, and monitoring projects in locations as diverse as Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Italy and Spain. Richard has unparalleled experience in the renewable energy industry, and is now succesfully planning and designing locally-owned and community wind energy projects throughout Scotland.
