Most of this time has been spent in diesels, gas & steam turbine installation, maintenance, valuation, marketing and relocation. Combustion, Energy & Steam Specialists Limited (CESS) was established in 1990 and has subsequently developed as one of the World's leading valuation and marketing companies in surplus power plant. In 2004 CESS won the Queen's Award for International Enterprise.
